6. Code Ownership

The National Electrical Code (NEC) is copyrighted by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). This App does not reproduce the full code and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NFPA. All code references remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7. Pro Subscription & Lifetime Access

Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) provide access to all calculators for the duration of the active subscription. Lifetime access applies to the current version of the App. Major NEC code edition updates may be released as separate purchases.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using this App, the user acknowledges that they:

• Understand the App is an educational reference tool
• Accept full responsibility for verifying all calculations
• Agree that the developer is not liable for any outcomes related to use of the App
